Pursuant to the relevant provisions of The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, a POSH Committee has been constituted to prevent instances of sexual harassment and to receive and effectively deal with complaints pertaining to the same. Any aggrieved individual may make in writing, a complaint of sexual harassment within a period of three (3) months from the date of incident and in case of more than one incident, within a period of three (3) months from the date of last incident. Complaints arising of incidents more than three (3) months old shall not be accepted. The Complaint shall include the Name, Address, Employee Code, Detailed Complaint, Evidence (if any) or any other relevant document.
The Complaints may be sent in writing through Speed Post/Courier to the official address of the POSH Committee i.e. POSH Committee, Legal Office, Jeena Sikho Lifecare Limited, SCO-11, First Floor, Kalgidhar Enclave, Baltana, Zirakpur, Mohali, Punjab-140603.
Alternatively, the same can also be sent through email with the subject “Complaint under the POSH policy” to either HR Head (Email Id: email@example.com) or to the Company’s Legal Office (Email Id: firstname.lastname@example.org) or directly to the POSH Committee (Email Id: email@example.com) or by filling the Complaints Form provided below.
